This User Agreement describes how Google Form to Invoicing (“the Add-on,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) interacts with your PayPal account when you connect it through PayPal OAuth.
By connecting your PayPal account to the Add-on, you agree to the terms described on this page, along with our Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement (EULA).
Google Form to Invoicing is a Google Workspace Add-on that creates PayPal invoices automatically whenever a Google Form is submitted.
The Add-on allows you to:
Create draft or fully sent PayPal invoices
Map form answers to invoice fields
Automatically send invoices to recipients
Log invoice activity inside Google Sheets
Manage PayPal connection securely through OAuth2
The Add-on never charges customers automatically, never withdraws money, and does not access your PayPal balance.
When connecting your PayPal account, we request only the minimum permissions required to:
Create invoices on your behalf
Retrieve basic account identity to confirm your PayPal account
Validate your PayPal access token
Required OAuth Permission Scopes:
OpenID profile (basic PayPal identity)
PayPal Invoicing API access
These scopes allow the Add-on to create PayPal invoices in your PayPal account only when a Google Form is submitted by you or your users.
We do NOT request or store:
Personal PayPal account profile details
Name, full address, or physical location
Account verification status
Payer ID or account ID (unless returned with invoice object)
Payment history, transactions, or purchase activity
PayPal login credentials
PayPal passwords or security questions
Your PayPal information is handled directly by PayPal through OAuth2 and is never seen by our servers.
The Add-on only stores:
OAuth tokens, stored securely in the user's Google account using Google Apps Script’s user-scoped Property Store.
Add-on configuration you set inside the Google Form
Logs (optional) that you enable for invoice creation events
We do not store or transmit customer personal data except when sent directly to PayPal for invoice creation initiated by you.
Your data is used solely to:
Create PayPal invoice drafts
Send PayPal invoices (if enabled)
Log invoice activity you authorize
Maintain user-specific configuration
The Add-on does not share data with third parties and does not use your PayPal data for analytics, marketing, or advertising.
You may disconnect your PayPal account at any time by:
Using the “Disconnect PayPal” option within the Add-on
Removing the integration inside your PayPal account settings
Removing access immediately disables all invoicing automation.
